Coronation Minor Hockey Association Pictures: November-December, 2011

Photos have now been taken for all divisions for the 2011/2012 season. Prints were distributed in December.

This year pictures will be taken on various days during the months of November and December. All photos are taken on ice at Coronation Arena. The schedule is as follows:

Each player receives a 5"x7" team and a 5"x7" player print as part of their registration. If you would like to purchase additional photos of your child(ren), please bring this completed form and payment to the arena on picture day.

If you are unable to have your player picture taken on your picture day, please present yourself at the arena during any other picture day - the photographer will take your picture at that time. There is no specially designated retake/make-up photo day, and there is no retake of the team photo.
